Hello, I am Stefania, a midwife specialized in female pelvic floor rehabilitation, trainer, and consultant for independent healthcare practice.
Since 2014, I have dedicated my work to women's health and since 2017 to health education. I offer personalized consultations for women's well-being, from pelvic floor assessment to choosing the menstrual cup. I design training courses for healthcare professionals, with courses and tutoring on rehabilitation, phytotherapy, and healthcare marketing, to support those who wish to grow in their profession.

MY TITLES AND SKILLS
My professional journey is based on years of study and personal growth:
Degree in Midwifery in 2014, presenting a thesis on freelance midwifery.
Specialization in female pelvic floor rehabilitation with multiple refresher and advanced courses from 2018 onwards.
IBCLC certification for breastfeeding support maintained from 2019 to 2024.
Master's in Education and Tutoring in Health Professions in 2019, which allowed me to design and conduct training courses for colleagues and professionals.
Training at AISPA to certify as a sexual consultant in June 2025.
Today, my time is divided between clinical work with patients and supporting healthcare professionals, helping them bring out the best of their potential.
A journey that combines professionalism and humanity
I started my journey with courage and determination, two values that continue to guide me every day.
Growing up as the only daughter in a family of males, with three older brothers and an aunt to a nephew since birth, taught me early on to bring out my femininity and to value my uniqueness.
That courage led me to work from a very young age to finance my studies, overcoming family resistance and always finding a way to achieve my goals. From a first year spent working in a bakery to the day I finally entered Midwifery, I learned the value of commitment and resilience.
MY APPROACH
I believe that every relationship, whether with a patient or a colleague, should be a space of trust and mutual growth.
Active listening, customization of interventions, and promotion of empowerment are the foundations of my work. For me, professionalism and humanity intertwine to create real and sustainable change.
